Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of the brand for growing families in our Nova Scotia store. As a leader, you will foster an inclusive environment, coach team members, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences on the floor and through omni-channel interactions.

This role requires a positive, solution-oriented mindset and strong communication to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a retail environment.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach team members to achieve service standards and drive results.
• Support store operations and asset protection with consistency in customer service and safety.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
