• Become a product and brand expert for families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and assist with product features and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe and inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Model service standards and coach others in omni-channel experience.
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties, driving results and timely resolutions.
