Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help with product choices, and foster an inclusive, high-energy store environment.

You’ll lead a team, drive store initiatives, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service on the floor and across channels. Responsibilities include leading a business focus area, acting as Leader on Duty, and using feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and foster a positive, safe, inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs and provide in-the-moment feedback to staff.
