Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager and help lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and drive store performance.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining knowledge of products and trends, and ensuring smooth opening and closing of the store. Flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is required, with opportunities for growth and a strong focus on
