Designer Brands Canada is seeking a Part-time Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner. You will report to the Store Manager and lead the store environment, promoting inclusivity and strong customer connections.

You will coach staff to uphold service standards and drive in-store sales, web orders, and store objectives in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic team, demonstrate flexibility with weekend shifts, and empower colleagues through coaching and operational excellence.
