Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner to lead store experiences and coach the team.

You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver in-store sales, web orders, and store objectives while maintaining product knowledge and a welcoming environment. This role offers a pay rate of $18.60 per hour with discounts and opportunities for growth.

This position emphasizes fast-paced, inclusive service and strong teamwork, with weekend shifts as required.

• Facilitates achievement of business results by role modelling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive Customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty
• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently
