Responsibilities

• Monitors and documents violations, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards.
• Enforces restricted access by unauthorized persons.
• Observes transactions, assists with cash handling as needed.
• Escorts guests and team members as directed.
• Reports found property to Lost and Found.
• Conducts regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior.
• Performs identification checks.
• Escalates disputes to Supervisor, Security.
• Manages crowd control as directed.
• Communicates effectively with other departments.
• Builds relationships with guests and team members.
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma

Minimum 1 years of work experience

Valid Smart Serve Certification

Valid Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C Certification

Must be willing to recertify Use of Force Certification

Key Accountabilities

• Monitors, documents and prepares statements and/or reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons or activities
• Enforces restricted access by unauthorized persons
• Observes transactions, pulls, fills, transfers, etc.
• Escorts cash/cash equivalents
• Tags and reports found property; transfers items to Lost and Found
• Conducts regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior as directed
• Escorts guests and team members as directed
• Performs identification checks
• Refers disputes to the Supervisor, Security
• Performs crowd control as directed
• Communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Builds strong working relationships with guests and team members
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
