GardaWorld seeks a Concierge Security Guard for weekend shifts in Toronto, offering a part-time position with a wage of $19.05 per hour. The role emphasizes customer service as you welcome visitors, verify IDs, and guide guests within schools and educational facilities.

We provide GardaWorld Academy training, flexible Saturday and Sunday 10am–6pm shifts, uniform, and opportunities for career growth. Ontario security license and first aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Ontario security license.
• WSIB approved First aid certification.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Previous security experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Perform computer tasks
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
