Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Guard in Burlington, ON, to deliver exceptional customer service while protecting facilities. You will manage access, conduct patrols, inspect equipment, and report security concerns in a fast-paced environment such as offices, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role requires a valid security license, first aid certification, and basic computer/phone skills. Schedule is Mon-Fri 0700-1500 with full-time/part-time options and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks.
• Conduct vehicle patrols of large facility (Full G Licence Required).
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Perform computer tasks.
• Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
