Job summary

Clive’s Classic Lounge in Victoria, Australia, is seeking a part-time bartender to join our bar team. This role offers 2-3 shifts per week with a requirement to work Saturdays and Sundays, supporting a dynamic and seasonal cocktail program at our venue.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of F&B service experience, Serving It Right certification, and deep knowledge of spirits, wine and beer, with a special focus on cocktails. Previous bar experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous food and beverage service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer with a focus on cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve high quality cocktails in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor guest dining experience and ensure satisfaction with drinks and service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Assist Bar Manager in seasonal cocktail menus, prep and ice cutting.
