About Us: Located in the heart of New Westminster, Itilia Kitchen & Bar offers a unique blend of delicious cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and warm hospitality. We're looking for an experienced and outgoing Bartender to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Create and serve a wide variety of beverages with speed and accuracy
• Provide excellent, friendly service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times
• Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and check IDs when required
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and bar equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in British Columbia and have Serving It Right certification
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
