Olympic View Golf Club in Victoria, BC, is seeking a dynamic Bar Supervisor to lead Table Nineteen at the golf course. You’ll manage the bar team, craft creative beverages, and ensure exceptional guest service in a lively setting.

With 1-2 years in a managing bartending role and a focus on wine, cocktails, and inventory, you’ll train staff, develop staff growth, and contribute to events from patio BBQs to weddings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a managing bartending role; wine, cocktail, and inventory knowledge is essential.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Natural ability to coach and influence others.
• Ability to think fast and react quickly with a calm mind.
• Multitasking proficiency and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the vibrant bar at Table Nineteen.
• Educate, inspire, and motivate the Bar team.
• Train the team to flawlessly execute the drink menu.
• Mingle with our fun clientele; ensure quality service and drinks.
• Support events: patio BBQs, weddings, and cocktail receptions.
