Job summary

Sephora Canada at Yorkdale is seeking a proactive part-time Operations Consultant to help maintain stockroom organization and merchandise updates. You will support client service during store hours and assist in cashier/MPOS training as needed.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, organizing stock, executing transfers and resets, and helping ensure safety and tidiness. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail/client service experience.
• Good computer, arithmetic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task while attending to clients and the business.
• Strong time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable service to clients during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS/MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone and merchandising areas.
• Assist in inventory control and stockroom organization.
• Process shipments, transfers, and tester items per standards.
• Report inventory issues to supervisors and ensure safety standards.
