Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking an Operations Consultant for our Yorkdale store to partner with the Operations Supervisor on stockroom organization and merchandise updates. The role focuses on client service, training cashiers on POS/MPOS, and maintaining store standards during busy periods.

Expect 1–2 years in retail, strong communication, and ability to multitask. Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays are required, with physical demands and a strong emphasis on inventory control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable client service during store hours.
• Assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
• Process shipments, transfers, damages and testers per standards.
• Check in visual elements and report missing/damaged pieces to supervisor.
• Participate in inventory control and communication of inventory issues.
