Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Newmarket, Ontario. You will assist customers with products and services, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help move and hook up trucks and trailers.

The role includes inspecting equipment and preparing invoices, with on-site work at 225 Harry Walker Pkwy S. Qualification requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
