Job summary

U-Haul in Burlington, Ontario is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our friendly team. You will help customers on their journeys, answer questions, and guide them through equipment usage and rentals with a focus on care and efficiency.

Qualifications include legal eligibility to work in Canada; sponsorship is not offered. Prior customer service experience is valued, and you will work with dispatch software to manage equipment dispatch and returns with accuracy.
