Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Remote Event Coordinator for a part-time, fully remote role. You will support the planning and execution of virtual and hybrid events, coordinating logistics, registrations, and communications with speakers and vendors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment, contributing to diverse online events while enjoying flexible remote work.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination or administration.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of virtual and hybrid events.
• Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
• Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all logistical requirements are met.
• Prepare event materials, presentations, and post-event reports.
• Provide support during live events, including monitoring chat and Q&A sessions.
• Maintain event databases and track key performance indicators.
