From Day One, Inc. is seeking an Event Production & Client Success Manager to oversee the logistics of our conference calendar, both live and virtual, and to manage sponsor relationships on-site.

The role combines production leadership with sponsor management, including budget, vendor contracts, and run-of-show execution. Regular travel is required, and the position offers remote work with opportunities across multiple cities.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year college/university degree at minimum.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time, post-graduation experience.
• Direct experience producing complex events (corporate/marketing/conferences).
• Experience as a named point of contact for external clients, sponsors, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Run the full production process for assigned conferences from planning to post-event wrap-up.
• Create run-of-show schedules and venue layouts; manage room capacity against content and attendance.
• Manage A/V teams, review rental orders, hire/coordinator temporary staff.
• Own vendor contracts across venue, catering, A/V, rentals, video, and photography; ensure deadlines and insurance.
• Manage catering selections and final guarantees; track final numbers against projections.
• Overlap production with client success by administering sponsor deliverables and renewals.
