Job summary

Aramark Remote Workplace Services is seeking a Logistics, Travel and Event Coordinator to ensure seamless movement of people, equipment, and resources while planning and executing exceptional events. This hybrid role combines operational precision with creative flair, with 14 days on-site and 14 days off.

You will arrange travel, coordinate venues and styling, manage budgets and timelines, and create engaging marketing content for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage travel including flights, accommodations, and ground transport.

• Stay informed on travel regulations, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Plan, organize, and execute events aligned with client objectives and brand.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and on-site operations.
• Style event spaces and camps for aesthetic and functional excellence.
• Design culinary content and packaging for event menus.
• Write, edit, and upload content across digital platforms.
• Create promotional materials like posters and signage for campaigns.
