Job summary

Northern Roads Auto Group is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers at our Lindsay dealership. You will deliver high-quality service, handle payments, and support both sales and service teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This position offers opportunities for growth within the dealership and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Open availability.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Attention to detail.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Above average computer skills.
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset.
• Dealership experience is also considered an asset.
• Valid G Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them accordingly.
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers and issue receipts.
• Complete licensing paperwork.
• Organize and file administrative documentation.
• Complete routine cleaning.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Availability: Open - Monday to Saturday

*The hours will be Monday to Thursday 1 pm-6 pm and Saturday's 9 am-4 pm.

Compensation: $19.00 an hour

As a Receptionist, you are the first person our customers meet when they enter through the doors at Lindsay Kia. For this position, you'll be required to provide a high level of customer service to our valued customers, be agile with many competing tasks and timelines and you'll require a keen eye for detail as you help support both sales and service.

This position will provide you plenty of opportunity to grow within the dealership!
