Job summary

Northern Roads Auto Group in Lindsay, ON is seeking a Receptionist to greet customers, handle multi-line calls, process payments, and assist with licensing paperwork at the Lindsay Kia location. This front-desk role offers growth opportunities within the dealership.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, open availability, strong communication, attention to detail, and solid computer skills. Dealership experience and a valid G license are assets.

• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset.

• Valid G Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with professionalism.
• Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them accordingly.
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers and issue receipts.
• Complete licensing paperwork.
• Organize and file administrative documentation.
• Complete routine cleaning.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Location: 2959 Highway 35, Lindsay, ON

Availability: Open - Monday to Saturday

*The hours will be Monday to Thursday 1 pm-6 pm and Saturday's 9 am-4 pm.

Compensation: $19.00 an hour

As a Receptionist, you are the first person our customers meet when they enter through the doors at Lindsay Kia. For this position, you'll be required to provide a high level of customer service to our valued customers, be agile with many competing tasks and timelines and you’ll require a keen eye for detail as you help support both sales and service.

This position will provide you plenty of opportunity to grow within the dealership!

You’ll love your position as a Receptionist:
