Job summary

Northern Roads Auto Group's Fort Erie Toyota is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to manage a high volume of calls, book appointments, follow scripts, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma, fluency in English, and strong communication skills. You will use our CRM to record conversations and help meet team targets, with hours 9-2 and occasional longer shifts seasonally.

Qualifications

• Outbound and inbound call experience preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to book appointments and identify customer needs.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Experience using CRM systems to log conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls daily.
• Follow scripts for different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and book appointments.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
• Maintain records in the CRM in a clear way.

Compensation: $19.00-24.00

Availability Required: Monday-Saturday Availability *Occasional Saturday's.

Hours: 9-2 pm *As required, more based on seasonality, promotions, etc.

Location: Fort Erie Toyota

You’ll love your position as an Appointment Coordinator:

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Other duties as assigned

We’d love to hear from you, if:

• Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
• Track record of accomplishing targets
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Successful completion of High School Diploma or equivalency
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
