Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meets vocational standards from MOE and associations referenced in posting.
• Knowledge of basic bedside care and sanitation for geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring care per the care plan and report findings.
• Document information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
