AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide compassionate care aligned with each resident’s care plan. You will monitor and document care, participate in training, and support new team members while adhering to IPAC policies.

This is a full‑time position with a focus on geriatric residents in a home‑like community. The role requires a PSW certificate or diploma and compliance with applicable Ontario standards.

Competenze

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program.
• Meet provincial and national standards for PSW practice.
• Knowledge of simple treatments and bedside care for residents.
• Understand sanitation basics and geriatric needs.

Mansioni

• Monitor care to ensure alignment with the care plan and report findings.
• Document information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist onboarding of new staff; follow IPAC policies and procedures.
