TownePlace Suites Niagara Falls is seeking a reliable Part-Time Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team. The Night Auditor provides overnight guest service while completing the hotel’s daily audit and end-of-day procedures.

This role requires independence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to respond to guest needs during the night. The position offers a pay rate starting at $18.00 per hour, with 16–24 hours per week and on-site work.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS is an asset.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours.
• Process check-ins and check-outs and payments.
• Handle calls and guest requests, reservations, and hotel information.
• Perform nightly audit and end-of-day procedures, balancing accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Monitor the property and follow safety procedures overnight.
• Communicate important information to the morning team.
• Assist in preparing Front Desk operations for the next day.
