Job summary

Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites is seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. We’re looking for someone with a passion for customer service that can go above and beyond to wow our guests.

The Night Auditor balances daily operations while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional service. This role involves overnights and weekends with preference given to candidates with prior hospitality experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to accuracy in daily hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Balance day’s business for all hotel areas accurately and timely.
• Perform end-of-day procedures for all systems.
• Enter data in Westmont Electronic Reporting.
• Handle late arrivals and early departures.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Verify and balance guest room rates and F&B revenues.
• Assist as Guest Service Agent as needed.
• Process daily cash deposits.
• Follow emergency procedures and participate in safety processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Night Auditor a true ambassador for the Hilton Winnipeg Airport Suites. Our Night Auditor support our team and guests, and balance our daily operations while providing exceptional service to our guests and upholding all manner of brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Balancing of the day’s business for all areas of the hotel accurately and timely;
• End of day procedures for all systems
• Data entry in Westmont Electronic Reporting
• Handling of late arrivals and early departures;
• Production and distribution of daily reports in a timely manner required;
• Ensuring all guest room rates are correct and balanced;
• Ensuring all Food & Beverage revenues are balanced and posted
• Guest Service Agent responsibilities, as required;
• Daily Cash Deposits
• Full knowledge and understanding of emergency procedures;
• Other duties as assigned
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hotel environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective problem solving skills
