Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is hiring a part-time Night Auditor to join our Guest Services team in Tecumseh, Canada. The overnight shifts run 11 pm to 7 am, with reliability and transportation to and from work essential due to limited public transit.

You will check guests in and out, manage reservations, process payments, balance daily transactions, and share knowledge of local amenities. Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Please read this job posting in its entirety. Please note that this position consists of overnight shifts and the hotel is not accessible by public transit as it is not on a major bus route. Successful candidates must ensure they have reliable transportation to and from work for all scheduled shifts. The shifts are scheduled 11 pm to 7 am. The hourly starting rate is $18.60/hour.

Responsibilities

As our Night Auditor, you will be working with our Guest Services team to provide excellent customer service to our guests. You will be checking guests in and out of their rooms, managing reservations, processing payments for hotel services, and sharing your insights and knowledge of the amazing amenities in the area and hotel. Ultimately, you will be our guest’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their stay with us to ensure the most memorable of experiences. You will work diligently to balance our day of transactions and ensure the utmost accuracy in doing so.
