Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor at our London, Ontario property to support front office operations from 11pm to 7am. You will work with the Front Office Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience, accurate billing, and reliable nightly reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience; night audit experience preferred.
• Customer service and bookkeeping background acceptable.
• Proficiency with MS Office and OPERA CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and prepare accurate nightly reports.
• Review and compile management reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure accuracy of guest billings and ledger entries overnight.
• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service during the overnight shift.
• Adapt to a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
