Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight shifts (11pm–7am) on a part-time basis at our Ontario location. You will support the Front Office Manager and Guest Services to ensure a smooth guest stay, accurate billing, and optimized occupancy with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires hospitality experience, readiness to work overnights, and strong numerical and computer skills. Competitive wages, benefits, and travel discounts are offered to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, night audit preferred.
• Able to work overnight shifts (11pm–7am).
• Willingness to work long hours occasionally.
• Proficient in MS Office; OPERA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive guest experience from reservation to check-out.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions.
• Review, organize and compile management reports on a timely basis and ensure accuracy of guest billings and ledger transactions.
• Ensure consistent high quality customer service during the overnight shift, including late check-ins and early checkouts.
