The Cove Lakeside Resort in West Kelowna, British Columbia, invites applications for a House Attendant to maintain exceptional guest service through high standards of cleanliness and timely responses to requests.

This part-time, permanent role involves teamwork, lifting up to 30 pounds, and a wage of $21.20 per hour. Benefits and company programs are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• High School graduation required.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be physically capable.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Strip and prepare rooms and bedding as needed.
• Prepare laundry for onsite or offsite facilities.
• Process laundry including sorting, washing, and folding.
• Clean and maintain meeting spaces, pool area, and back-of-house areas.
• Report damages and maintenance needs.
• Assist with training other team members.
• Perform duties of House Attendant or Public Spaces Attendant as required.
