Job summary

James Perse is hiring a part-time Client Advisor for our Oakville location to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain store standards, and support visual merchandising. You will engage with clients, achieve daily sales targets, and participate in events as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, retail experience with high-end goods, flexible 7-days-a-week scheduling, strong communication, and a professional representation of the James Perse brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Prior experience in retail/boutique selling high-end goods.
• Open scheduling 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising.
• Participate in events and projects as needed (e.g., Sample Sale, Inventory).
• Adhere to store procedures while maintaining client experience.
• All other duties as assigned.
