Job summary

James Perse Enterprises in Oakville seeks a part-time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and uphold visual merchandising standards. You will build relationships with clients, maintain a polished selling floor, and represent the James Perse brand with integrity.

The role requires open scheduling to cover seven days per week and prior experience in luxury retail. A high school diploma is required, college degree preferred, and you will join a team committed to a premium

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse.
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times.
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards.
• Participate in special events and/or projects as needed (e.g. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory).
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring a part time client advisor for our Oakville location

Objective of the Position

The Client Advisor is responsible for achieving all objectives set forth by the company. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service and adhering to visual merchandising and operational standards.

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
• Establish relationships with clients and manage communication consistent with James Perse
• Ensure the highest standards of client service are maintained at all times
• Maintain the selling floor, merchandise and store standards
• Participate in special events and or projects as needed (i.e. Sample Sale, Physical Inventory, etc.)
• Adhere to all store and company procedures while maintaining operational and client experience excellence
• All other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• College Degree preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in a retail/boutique store dealing with high‑end goods, and clientele‑oriented sales
• Experience working in retail environment(s) with 7 days a week operation, which require open scheduling availability based on business needs
