Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of mall services, amenities and store locations.
• Assist guests by providing directions and information.
• Sell gift cards and balance transactions; process payments.
• Provide courteous, professional service to shoppers and retailers.
• Build positive relationships with retailers and Centre staff.
• Maintain centre knowledge on promotions, events and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with centre-specific services.
• Support in crisis procedures per the centre manual.
