Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of the front desk in Sudbury, Ontario. You will answer calls, process payments, greet customers, and support front-desk operations in a fast-paced automotive services environment.

Part-time role with weekend availability, requiring high school completion, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a high-energy, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity.
• Multitasking and time-management with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Above average computer skills.
• Multi line phone experience is an asset.
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Receive payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor.
• Handle licensing paperwork.
• Complete daily production reports and till balancing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
