Job summary

Sherwood Park Dodge is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and greeting visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor. The position supports sales, service and parts departments and requires multitasking and strong organizational skills.

Shifts include Tuesday evenings 4:30pm–9:00pm, Friday 3:00pm–9:00pm, and Saturday 8:00am–6:00pm. Remuneration is $17 per hour. Background check required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years relevant experience
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly, courteously and professionally
• Greet walk-in customers and assist as required
• Receive and document payment tendered by customers for sales, service and parts
• Maintain an organized workspace
• Data entry as required
• General filing as required
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
