The Jim Pattison Auto Group is seeking a friendly, reliable part-time Receptionist for the Jim Pattison Subaru Coquitlam dealership. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and support showroom operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires weekend availability (Saturdays 8:30–6, Sundays 11–5) and the ability to handle payments and inventory support. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Experience in automotive industry is an asset, with CDK or One-Eighty software familiarity.
• Experience operating a multiline phone system is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong customer-service and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors entering the showroom and direct them appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls on a multiline phone system promptly.
• Welcome customers in the lounge and assist as needed.
• Maintain a tidy work space and stocked customer lounge.
• Handle and process payments from customers.
• Assist Sales Dept with vehicle inventory and book service appointments.
• Distribute incoming mail and ensure confidentiality.
• Support a positive, collaborative team environment.
