Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our front desk. You will manage a high volume of calls, greet visitors, handle payments, and help keep the front desk running smoothly.

This part-time role requires a High School diploma, strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills. Experience with multi-line phones is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is recommended.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Prepare daily production reports and balance tills.

Wage: $19.00 per hour

Hours: Part-Time – Open availability (Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm & Friday- Saturday 8am-5pm)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greetcustomers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

What You Bring to the Table:

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
