Job summary

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a friendly receptionist at our Ingersoll location to welcome visitors, handle calls, and process payments. You will help keep the front desk running smoothly with a professional demeanor and reliable multitasking.

This part-time role offers a competitive wage of CAD 18.00–20.00 per hour, flexible hours Mon–Thu and Fri–Sat, and opportunities for growth within our Canadian auto brands. On-site parking and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Completion of High School
• Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Above average computer skills
• Multi-line phone experience is considered an asset
• A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to the appropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
• Greet customers with a clear, friendly voice, along with a professional demeanor
• Licensing paperwork
• Additional duties as assigned
• Daily production reports and till balancing

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you'll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller-while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Wage: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Hours: Part-Time - Open availability needed. Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm & Friday - Saturday 9am - 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls on a multi-line phone and direct them to theappropriate department
• Responsible for receiving payments (cash, checks, and credit card payments) from customers.
