Job summary

StellerVista Credit Union is seeking a Financial Services Processing Administrator in Cranbrook, BC for a permanent part-time, on-site role. You will assist with member transactions for registered and non-registered products, and year-end activities, while supporting MasterCard and Member Card programs.

The position is Bargaining Unit with a schedule of 17.5 hours/week (Mon-Fri 10:30am–2:00pm) and potential for additional hours as required.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma plus two years of experience in a member service and/or Financial Services position from a Financial Institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to internal members and support Financial Services staff in processing member transactions for registered & non-registered products, designated estate transactions and support MasterCard and Member Card programs.
• Process financial services transactions not generated directly by members and conduct year-end activities relating to registered products for all branches.
• Provide administrative support to co-workers within the Finance and Administration Department on relief, rotational or assigned basis.
