Peace River School Division is seeking a Part-Time Educational Assistant at Grimshaw Public School. The position starts immediately and continues until June 11, 2027, with hours scaling from 0.52 FTE (Sept–Nov) to 0.90 FTE (Dec–June). You will support students in the PUF Program in the Kindergarten classroom.

Grimshaw Public School serves grades K–12. Applicants must provide an Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent and have experience or training working with young children.

Job description

Peace River School Division is seeking applications for a Part-Time ( 0.52 F.T.E. Sept-Nov, increase to 0.90 FTE Dec-June 11) Educational Assistant at Grimshaw Public School. This position will commence immediately and continue until June 11, 2027.The successful candidate will be working with students in the PUF Program in the Kindergarten classroom.

Qualifications:

• Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent
• Experience and/or training working with young children

This is a union position under the collective agreement between the CUPE Local 4839 and the Peace River School Division.

Rate of Pay:

$23.27 to $28.86 per hour(dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the CUPE Local 4839 and the Peace River School Division).
