Job summary

Value Buds Bramalea City Centre is looking for a Keyholder / Shift Lead to join our cannabis retail team in Brampton. You will lead by example, support customers and teammates, and help manage daily store operations in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires retail or hospitality experience, a cannabis certification, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and the capacity to pass a background check. Part-time schedule with competitive wages and flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality.
• Cannabis selling certification required.
• Minimum age per province.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Eligible to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Provide product recommendations and cannabis education.
• Support daily operations including merchandising and store upkeep.
• Operate the POS, handle payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and perform basic inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, including ID verification.
