Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a Part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs, while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, solving guest concerns with energy and teamwork, and staying true to AE values.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before. #practicemakesperfect
• You're at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Uphold brand integrity and store policies.
