Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while representing the brand with authenticity.

The role requires energy, excellent people skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• You have retail experience and enjoy helping customers.
• You provide excellent customer service and represent the brand well.
• You can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
