Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience daily. You will be the face of the brand, sharing product knowledge and loyalty program information while maintaining a high-energy, guest-first approach.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Fitting Room, Cash & Wrap and Stockroom as needed, providing friendly service and proactive problem solving to ensure guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’ve worked in retail before and can adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
