Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, greet guests with energy, and build loyalty through genuine service.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while solving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You're energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest suitable options.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Navigate Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to store goals.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
