Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Guest Service experience.
• Good command of the English language.
• Possession of a full driver’s license (graduated licenses not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions or direct them to someone who can assist; ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and engage all guests, using their name when known.
• Meet and exceed Chelsea Hotel guest service standards.
• Be present at the main doors of the hotel for visibility at entrances.
