Job summary

The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, part of Langham Hospitality Group, is seeking a Laundry Attendant to handle linen preparation and distribution for all departments. You will follow safety policies, operate laundry equipment, and ensure a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Assist with folding, packing and sorting linens, while adhering to hotel guidelines and maintaining high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a laundry facility is an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Feed ironer and receive linen from presser and folder; sort and pack on rack.
• Check all linen, sort stains and ripped items; place in bins.
• Move packed linen rack to appropriate areas and store.
• Sort and clean terry; move to appropriate areas; fold and pack.
