The Chelsea Hotel, Toronto, part of Langham Hospitality Group, is seeking a Concierge to welcome guests and assist them throughout their stay at Canada's largest hotel in Toronto.
You will provide information on facilities and local attractions, book tours, handle guest requests, and maintain service standards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with experience in guest services and familiarity with Shiji.

The Concierge is an Ambassador of the Hotel and City of Toronto, responsible for greeting and welcoming Guests and assisting them throughout their stay. Communicating with the Guest is the primary responsibility of the Concierge. This includes speaking to them over the phone and in person. The Concierge is the “go–to” person for any of the Guest’s needs and questions. Good communication skills are vitally important and the Concierge is expected to use the Guest’s name when speaking to them. The Concierge will help the Guest feel comfortable and secure and must have an “I can make it happen” attitude.
