Hyatt Regency Calgary invites applications for a Part-time Bartender to join our Food and Beverage Team. You will welcome guests to the bar, take beverage orders, and serve high-quality drinks while delivering attentive, friendly service in a dynamic hotel environment.

This role requires Proserve Certification and about one year of experience. You should be able to lift moderate weights, learn the beverage menu, manage cash and credit payments, and adapt to a flexible shift pattern based on

Qualifications

• One year experience preferred.
• Proserve Certification required.
• Learn beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the restaurant-bar, take beverage orders and serve guests.
• Process cash and credit payments.
• Learn beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• As this role will involve serving alcohol, you will need valid Proserve Certification.
• Responsible for the month end beverage inventory.
• Knowledge of liquors, wines and mixology.
• Able to lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business.
