Job summary

RBC is seeking an Ambassador inside our Windsor, Ontario branches to put clients first and develop solutions for their banking needs. You will champion the RBC brand and drive business by supporting new client acquisition and deepening relationships.

As a part-time Banking Advisor, you will engage with clients, complete transactions, educate on products, and identify sales opportunities while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Passion for putting clients first and success in hands-on, target-driven environment.
• Must-have: Drive, self-motivation, excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Must-have: Digital literacy across devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in the branch and deliver an outstanding service experience, completing transactions and identifying sales opportunities.
• Educate and demonstrate solutions, leveraging technology to enhance client experience and drive referrals.
• Spot opportunities to offer advice and introduce clients to RBC partners to fulfill solutions.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team.
• Adhere to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.
